Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD)
Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) is a composite product of plastic strip with outer non-woven geotextile layer. PVD gets excellent physical, mechanical & hydraulic performance, which make it an effective solution of Soft Ground Improvement to accelerate construction and reduce both time and magnitude of post construction settlement.
1.The core boards are made of mixture from PP and PE, so it combines the rigidity of PP and the flexible and weather-resistant. capabilities of PE.
2.Filtration membrane is made of non-woven fabrics, permeability and water logging ability enjoying good.
3.Filtration membrane are firm together when wrapping the core board by ultrasound.
Water Storage Drain Board
The water storage and drainage board is a lightweight board formed by heating and pressurizing polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP), which can not only create a drainage channel with a certain three-dimensional space support stiffness, but also store water.
The board has extremely high spatial stiffness, and its compressive strength is significantly better than similar products (which can be verified through on-site testing). It can withstand high compressive loads of over 400Kpa, and can also withstand extreme loads caused by mechanical compaction during the backfilling process of the planting roof.
